Terms & Conditions
- Tourism Tax (TTx): Effective January 1, 2023, a Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room, per night will be charged to all foreign passport holders, as required by the Tourism Tax Act 2017.
- Payment: Full payment is due upon check-in, accepted via Visa/MasterCard or cash in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
- Prices: All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Special Rates: If you're staying long-term, visiting as part of a group, or attending a convention, contact us to inquire about special rates!
- Reservation Policy: We will hold your reservation until 6:00 pm on your scheduled arrival day.
- Front Desk Hours: Our front desk operates daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- Checkout Time: Standard checkout is at 12:00 pm. Late checkout is subject to availability, with a fee of RM55.00 for checkouts between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Staying beyond 6:00 pm will incur an additional night's charge.
- Extending Your Stay: To extend your stay, please inform the Front Desk before 11:00 am on your checkout day.
- YMCA Facilities Use: As a hostel guest, you can access YMCA KL facilities such as sports courts and meeting rooms at member rates during your stay.
- Facility Bookings: To book facilities, email us at reservation@ymcakl.com. We recommend booking at least two months in advance for availability. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
- Rescheduling & Refunds: In case of unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or a change in plans, you can reschedule your facility booking. However, refunds are not available once a booking has been confirmed.
